1.How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by contacting us by email or by filling the contact form.
2.How do I get a refund or cancel my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting via email or contact form free of charge, unless – please note that 50% of the original price will still be charged if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 100% money back guarantee. Contact us and we will refund you the full price within 5-7 days.
3.Where/how does the appointment take place?
The appointment can take place on Zoom or by phone. By using a phone, we suggest using Whatsapp of Signal call, this way you save money.
4.What are my payment options?
At the moment we only accept payments through PayPal. Please note that the payment must be made in advance.
